Enquiries about my broadband
I was told I would have broadband by 19 of August still no word even after making calls and being told I would get email from open reach days ago and still no response not happy at all I needed internet to run my camera off so Im paining that for nothing so no security at my home at min

I was told my broadband would be up and running on the 19 of August after making a call I was told Bt would contact open reach which they did I was told I with get email off open reach thats was on the25th of August Im still waiting and paying for a ring door bell which I cant use due to no internet very unhappy about this
Recurring Broadband faults
Broadband has gone down 3 times in the last 5 weeks for over 24 hours at a time, currently waiting again! No phone no landline, Im a counsellor with clients getting cut off or not able to connect, this is obviously no good for their mental health, appalling service!

Broadband keeps constantly going down and I have tried all your suggestions and still no permanent connection I need help or go to another company that will be able to keep me connected. I understand that problems may occur it's how a company responds to problems.

The service is poor and needs changing
Some time ago I requested a better service. They recommended an up grade to fibre.
At extra cost.
They came and installed fibre and told me they had to move the hub.
Mistake.
It is now in a corner at the far end of the Cottage.
For the first 2.5 weeks the phone did not work. Seems they just forgot that it had to be plugged into the hub.now the Internet only works (sort of) in half the house.
Will have to look into finding a new provider because bt can make it better by our upgrading again and paying even more.

I wanted to ask about new costumers your on line help line was not helpful I was with sky but not happy with them

I have an appointment for an engineer to call to install a new Halo 3 Hub on Thursday morning, the HUB has not arrived yet
