Internet is working 5 hours a day. At the beginning I though was because I was at the 4th floor as its to shame, but now, I moved at the 1st, same building, nothing changed.
I spoke with customer service they told me to change tariff with a big difference price. No really helpful.
I wouldnt recommend. 1 start because I have to.

Do I still need cables as I think I am wireless I recently got wireless and there is still wires coming in to house

Might be interested in some options but there are none except that Open Reach might offer it on 2 years time.

Totally confusing for a customer who has dementia 79 years old and when the engineer does not visit and there’s no call to say why still has no working landline after a week his only way of communicating 0124549**** please fix this
Nothing has been fixed you make getting in touch with you as complicated as this customers problem has reoccurred after one day his age is 78 and very vulnerable with health issues and the phone is his lifeline

Need to know how to upgrade to fibre optic broadband

- - The fibre outside our house isn't registered in your system, so we can't be connected while neighbour can.

Apparently, they say the new fibre optic cable, which was brought to the outside of our house some weeks ago, has not been registered into your system yet, meaning we cannot be connected although our Neighbour has been. Keep asking!We are awaiting news that that has been done.

The fault has still not been fixed. There has been no communication from BT.
The phone line has snapped next to my neighbour's house. The EE 4G mini hub doesn't work due to poor signal.
