Changing our residence

Am vacating my current home and moving to another address may i know if i can get my broadband to the new address with BT or should i cancel the contract with BT. I have tried calling many times but no reply within the call.

Internet.Bt had gone down,and is still down,but as we have a mini hub BT set it up over the phone so we have Internet until engineer comes next week.We also have a new contract which is half the price we were paying.

New system fitted didnt last a week and went wrong. Third week now with no internet. Shocking service cant speak to a person just a bot!!!

Every time I try to contact them, I am told their service is temporarily out of service and to try again later. Fed up, I want to cancel.

Preferred solution: Complete cancellation

I would like to no renew my contract anymore

IMy contract expires on March 19 th, I would like to no renew it anymore.
