Am vacating my current home and moving to another address may i know if i can get my broadband to the new address with BT or should i cancel the contract with BT. I have tried calling many times but no reply within the call.
Need to renew my account
easy to talk to someone ,I find I have to jump through hoops to talk to adviser its not easy for a 75 year old to try and find someone to speak to

Internet.Bt had gone down,and is still down,but as we have a mini hub BT set it up over the phone so we have Internet until engineer comes next week.We also have a new contract which is half the price we were paying.
Briadband
New system fitted didnt last a week and went wrong. Third week now with no internet. Shocking service cant speak to a person just a bot!!!

Every time I try to contact them, I am told their service is temporarily out of service and to try again later. Fed up, I want to cancel.

didn't have problems whit BT, Just only,I don't use the internet, I spend all my time away from home. What should I do?
Moved house
I would highly recommend BT and Jenny who I spoke to was so helpful throughout our conversation and helping me. Her advice was outstanding.
Disc not working
Hub disc faulty. Just need to speak to a person.
